• Seven Card Stud and Seven Card Stud 8 or Better have drastic differences from either Omaha or Texas Hold’em. In these games, each player gets dealt a hand, and if a player doesn't like the hand he's been dealt, he places these cards in the discard pile. Resultingly, each player remaining in the hand keeps track of discarded cards so they can better realistically estimate their chances of winning, and be able to calculate opponents’ odds.
